Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Huntley Care Limited (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and any individual or entity (“you”, “your”, “the User”) accessing our website or utilising our services, including but not limited to home care, community nursing, live-in care, and mandatory training programmes.

By continuing to use our website, registering for training, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from using our website or services.

2. Eligibility

2.1

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally entitled to work within the United Kingdom or the Republic of Malta to participate in our services or training.

2.2

By registering, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading.

3. Scope of Services

We provide:

  • Home Care Services – domiciliary and personal care provided by qualified nursing professionals.

  • Specialist Clinical Services – including but not limited to tracheostomy care, non-invasive ventilation, neurological and palliative care.

  • Mandatory Training – courses and professional development programmes for individuals entering or advancing within the care sector.
     

All services are delivered subject to professional regulation, clinical governance, and safeguarding obligations under UK and Maltese law.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

4.1 

All training and service fees shall be payable in accordance with the rates and terms specified on our website or as otherwise confirmed in writing.

4.2 

Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of any training or care service unless otherwise agreed.

4.3

Fees include tuition, course materials, and administrative costs unless expressly excluded.

4.4

Prices may be varied without prior notice; however, fees confirmed at the time of booking shall remain binding.

5. Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Checks

5.1

All candidates participating in training or employment-related activities are required to undergo an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or equivalent local vetting (for Malta).

5.2

The DBS application fee is non-refundable once processing has commenced.

5.3

Candidates must ensure accurate submission of identification and supporting documents.

5.4

Progression in training or employment may be conditional upon receipt of a satisfactory DBS outcome.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1

Cancellations made seven (7) or more days before the scheduled start date may be eligible for a refund, less any administrative fee.

6.2

Cancellations made within seven (7) days of commencement, or failure to attend, shall not be eligible for a refund.

6.3

Should we cancel or reschedule a course or service, you will be entitled to either a full refund or transfer to a rescheduled date.

7. Employment Disclaimer

Completion of any training course or programme does not constitute an offer of employment with Huntley Care Limited or any affiliated entity.

8. User Obligations

You agree not to:
(a) Submit false or misleading information;
(b) Misuse, hack, or interfere with our website, network, or systems;
(c) Copy, distribute, or reproduce our training materials or intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, including website content, training documentation, designs, trade marks, and logos, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Huntley Care Limited. No licence or right is granted to use such intellectual property without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huntley Care Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

10.2

We accept no responsibility for delays or errors caused by third parties, including DBS processing delays.

10.3

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and, where applicable, the laws of Malta.


Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that the Company retains the right to commence proceedings in Malta for enforcement or injunctive relief.
